There are several ways up. We tend to make our own trail. You'll see more of the cliffs/ icicles, old foundations, and more trails that way. A really nice trip.
KayJay and I's first hide! It's more of an experience than anything.. Gorgeous views, a nice hike, and a place to kick back for a minute, day, or even week to recoup.
Be sure to give a polite knock, this is a public place. Although not many people know of it's location.
YOU MUST HAVE THE ANSWER TO 20 QUESTIONS ASKED
It actually took us 3 visits (2 on foot and once by jeep) to find it's actual location even though I have personally been there quite a few times via snowmobile, once on foot in the snow (not fun 2.5hrs in ski boots) and once on a school hiking trip..You already have a leg up on us having the location on hand. Hence I will not share anything other than it's coordinates. You'll have to venture up there yourself.
I am currently tracking down a JEEP-able trail directly to this location although I will probably keep that one to myself.
BTW I found the JEEP-able trail, and it's too treacherous to make public.
