This is nice place to see Riga from another level in night and day.
Probably the best place to live... Good view! Please stay in cage
when you are looking for cache and don't try to go to next tower
and don't step on roof! If you want something more extreme, then
find another tower where to climb!
Take this cache on your own risk! And please watch your head cuz
there has been many accidents!
