You can try to park at the above coordinates and find the ammo
can, but it will be hard without the final coordinates. To find
this ammo can, you will need to find one of five keys that are
located around Kansas City. "But wait," you say, "how are we
supposed to find the keys?" Well, I'll help you out with that.
Besides the information containing the final location of the cache,
the keys have stolen some travel bugs from me. The best I can do is
help provide some tracking for each key so that you can figure out
where they are.
Find a key. Get the coordinates. Find the cache. Sign the log.

Maybe I forgot to say something. If you hope to find the key and
get the coordinates and be done, you might run into a problem. The
cache is locked. Yep, you'll need that key to open the cache. So
let's try going over those steps again.
Find a key. Get the coordinates. Take key with you and go find
the cache. Unlock the cache. Sign the log. Lock the cache with key
outside the cache. Find another cache in Kansas City and drop the
key. Log the key into that cache.
