A cache and dash a short way from the A350/Warminster ring road. This cache is to the side of a lane but 30 yds within an area of trees and undergrowth, a wheelchair user may struggle on the terrain especially in summer when the undergrowth is higher. If caching with small children you probably won't need to get them out of the car!
When I started caching I noticed from the logs that many cachers visit Warminster for caching holidays, to begin with I thought that odd but actually we have a good selection of caches and terrain and some cunning cache hiders.
The Warminster ring road connects the A36, A350 and A362 with the A303 a short distance away, it’s very busy!
With Warminster camp having many visitors some from abroad this seems an ideal spot for a Travel Bug and Geocoin Hotel.
The cache is a 1000ml clip lock box, if I can I will replace it at a later date with a larger one.
Travel bugs and coins only, no swaps please.
When dropping off please list the mission on your log, it may help someone to choose the most appropriate bug.
There is just about enough space in the lane to pull over by the cache. This lane is fairly busy so please look after children and animal ( and loopy adults too!)
