I've been looking at this spot for a while, thinking I needed to
place a cache here. When the Monopoly Cache popped up, I decided it
was time to stop procrastinating and Seize the Day!
Don't wait for this one, it isn't very winter friendly, although
it should be readily findable for those who want to dig in the
snow... Come and get it before we get too much more snow!
Be smart, drink your wine. Scale back your long hopes
to a short period. While we speak, envious time will have {already}
fled
