Geocache Description:


As you travel along the SE freeway, you might notice a purple and white building near the gabba and wonder, – “What’s That?”

“That” is the Southern Ventilation Station from CLEM7 (or the Clem Jones Tunnel).

At GZ you can get a closer look. The cladding is “Jacaranda inspired” according to one of the construction newsletters. The building was completed in early 2009.

The cache is now located in the new park area adjacent to the tower and there are some nice spots to sit and admire the structure.

Please bring your own pen or pencil.
