Fountains at UH, center of campus.
First, it's not -on- the fountain. Please don't go wading into the water! This is a sub-micro cache, so please bring a pen! Just take a seat facing the fountain and the Cullen building, and you're getting close...
After you find the cache, please enjoy the beautiful fountains in the center of campus. There's also some more nice caches to be found nearby!
