After inflicting a reign of terror on the good people of Gotham City, the evil and disturbed Penguin seemingly vanished. However, unconfirmed reports indicate he may be laying low with the local waterfowl. Our hero has setup a covert stakeout to trap this villain. Urban Microcache.
As a little boy, Bruce Wayne is horrified and traumatized to see his parents murdered by a mugger in front of his very eyes. This drives him to fight crime in Gotham City as Batman, somehow hoping it will ease the pain he experienced as a child. Despite all the good he has done, it is never enough… and it may never be. Capturing the Penguin is yet another step in healing his haunted soul.
