This cache was winter only until Spring 2011 when I decided to make it a year round affair. The number of cachers is low so the total impact will be minimal. Still, please tread carefully.
The original description...
This is a favourite spot, but you will really have to work to get here. We have no qualms about marking this as level 4 terrain. It would be a 3 in the summer with the added challenge of the snow.
Creeks like this one take on a whole different texture in the winter. You’ll want to spend some time here exploring and checking out interesting ice formations.
This cache will be disabled once the snow has disappeared. It is off-trail and will get you to a place that would be very damaging to the environment in the summer.
