In aviation, the term "black box" refers to the flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder responsible for recording all communications in the cockpit of an aircraft in flight.
Well this black box doesn't contain any vital information such as that, but it does contain a logbook and several trade items. I hid this one on a trail just off of the Bob Amos trail and went all the way to the end of it.
I parked at the Cedar Creek trail head and even though the "crow" will tell you it's only .26 from the cache, it's actually a .66 hike. Once you get up the hill it's pretty much a 1.5 terrain.
