Geocache Description:

Magnetic mint tin

Now it is a public storage facility but when I was a kid this was a large pit with bike trails and the neighborhood kids called it Stingray Hills. I spent so many hours having fun here. There was a jump called Big Bertha in which you had to come in off the street and down the embankment to pick up enough speed to launch the ramp. I have known a few kids to have earned a broken arm on that jump, but oh was it fun.

Had trouble getting a fix on the coords, so the hint is a spoiler.

$ for FTF!
