A fabulous little spot that is a little bit secret !
Cache is in an area that commemorates the life of a highly respected scientist Neil James Cherry, who was awarded the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2002 for his outstanding service to environmental science.
He specialised in the effects of electro-magnetic radiation on human health, meteorology and wind energy.
There is a lovely seat and a park close-by that is perfect for a late summer evening picnic..
