Geocache Description:

In the valley bottom close to Limey Water.   Lies on a metalled road and is a simple drive by

Loveclough is a small village but it is home to two Clubs - Top Club known as Loveclough Social Club and the Bottom Club referred to as CPA - Calico Printers Social and Bowling Club.

Calico printers was a thriving business until the 1980's when it ceased trading. The old mill was demolished to make way for a new housing development.

Just beyond the development is the new fishery where you can fish for trout in the old mill reservoir.

The cache itself is situated some way down a tarmac lane on the western side of Limey Water and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Please note that some 20 yards down the lane is a private road and hence must not be entered.

The cache consists of a plastic, screw top cylinder contaning a log and a few of the usual goodies plus a geocoin when placed. Please hide well
