This cache is part of my Alphabet Series. Usually there will be 4 or 5 caches in a given location. One cache is a Mystery cache and the others are traditional. One does the traditional caches first and gathers the information to find the Mystery cache. Each cache contains a number that should be recorded.
The first four caches A, B, C and D are all in the Schooley Park. You should plan on hiking about 2+ miles to get all 4 caches The suggested parking area for all 4 caches is N 39 09.964 by W 76 57.561. At N 39 09.972 by W 76 57.682, trail maps can be found.
This cache is the Mystery cache. The coordinates of the Alphabet-D cache are

W 76 57.YBB
where X = A + B – C and Y = 2(A – B)
The values of A, B, and C can be found in their respective caches.
The Alphabet-D cache is located ~40 ft off of a trail. The high difficulty is a result of needing to find caches B and C which are more difficult.
Congratulations to Ferretpack for FTF. There are presently (as of March 8, 2009) 13 Alphabet caches placed and Ferretpack has been FTF on all 13! The question is will the streak be maintained?
