A 2 stage multi-cache in one of the most beautiful places in our neighborhood. A great cross country ski trail in winter and nice hike in the other season.
I was sorting through an old coin collection I had as a kid and found some goodies I thought I'd share in a cache. Originally I placed many foreign coins, some very unique shapes, which I collected for a Boy Scout merit badge.
Bring along some similar themed swag for an interesting trade.
To get to this cache take Hiland Road which is off of Eagle River Loop Road at the traffic light near the Municipal Landfill. Shortly past mile 3 of Hiland Road, turn left onto River View Drive, which turns into Waterfall Drive, take this street until it T's into River Park Drive. Turn right on River Park Drive and follow it until it dead ends on Ken Login Circle. Park here, on the side of the street, uphill of the Fire Lane No Parking signs. The trail/road starts at the dead end. Follow your GPSr to the first cache, a small cache which has coordinates for the second cache, an ammo can with goodies.
It should be winter friendly.
