Geocache Description:

Avast ye matey...a pinnacle of rock on Hwy 58 north of the Motobu Peninsula!!! Don't attempt if your loaded to the Gunwales

The cache is a small rectangular rubbermaid container with enough room to put small amounts of "piratey" treasure. There is a fantastic parking overlook at this spot and a wonderful view. Yes the cache you seek is hidden in the Backbone of rock to your front. Take is easy climbing down. Beware of the water crossing (Teva's will help) as the rocks are slippery. Access to the cache is straight ahead (for those who dare) or you can skirt around the Backbone's water's edge to the seaward side and make your ascent from there. Be careful of the little ones. Capt Queeg climbed this one alone. FTF gets wet boots.
Congrats to Whiskey Bravo who was the first to assault the Backbone.
