This is a two-part puzzle. The first part should be obvious from
the cache title and the encrypted data. The second part is less
obvious, but if you are paying attention you shouldn't have any
trouble with it.
The cache container is larger than a micro, but smaller than a
customary "small". It can only hold SMALL trading items. Also, in
keeping with the theme of this cache, please take/leave two of the
same item whenever possible. The container is not entirely
waterproof, so please be sure to replace it within the outer
plastic ziplock bag before re-hiding it.
This should be a cache-and-dash for most folks. (Difficulty
level is for the puzzle, not for the cache itself.) High muggle
factor, so it might be best to find this one under cover of
darkness. Terrain is easy but not entirely
wheelchair-accessible.
