Kurze, aber schöne Wanderung auf den überraschend spektakulären Kreuzkogel.
Anreise/Parken
Bei der Kapelle in Laufnitzdorf (N 47.17.571/E 015.19.174) dem Wegweiser zum "Zöhrer vlg. Felber" folgen, danach dem Wegweiser "Laufnitzberg", dann wieder "Zöhrer vlg. Felber". Parkmöglichkeit bei N 47.18.277/E 015.19.784. (Besonders Sportliche können bereits ab der Kapelle dem Wanderwegweiser "Schiffall/Kreuzkogel" folgen.)
Weg
Vom Parkplatz ca. 200 m die Asphaltstraße bergan, vor dem nächsten Gehöft links der Markierung folgen. Von dort bis zum Gipfel sollte es keine Schwierigkeiten bereiten, den Weg zu finden. Für den Hin- und Rückweg sollte man insgesamt etwa 2 bis 2,5 Stunden einkalkulieren.
Cache
Der Cache liegt unweit des Gipfels bei N 47.18.857/E 015.20.685. Viel Schnee könnte die Suche erheblich erschweren.

Short and easy but nice hike up to the surprisingly spectacular summit of „Kreuzkogel“.
Driving Directions / Parking
At the chapel in Laufnitzdorf (N 47.17.571 / E 015.19.174) follow the sign to "Zöhrer vlg. Felber”, then the sign "Laufnitzberg", then again "Zöhrer vlg. Felber”. Park your car at N 47.18.277 / E 015.19.784.
Hike
From the parking lot, follow the paved road uphill for about 200 meters. Close to the next farm turn left and follow the trail marker. There should be no difficulties to find the path from there on to the summit.
The hike to Kreuzkogel and back to your car will take about 2 to 2.5 hours.
Cache
The cache is located near the summit at N 47.18.857 / E 015.20.685. Lots of snow may make the cache inaccessible.
