You know the routine -- this cache is not at the given coordinates. A look back into world history, however, should help you figure the real coordinates out. (And although darthsidious is the brains behind the puzzle, all related historical events come only from our home planet.)

As is the norm, this find will require some geostealth -- so keep your eyes wide open!

A note about the cache -- the nearest unique man-made landmark in the area is the end of a stone retaining wall. That spot is a pretty good vantage point from which to take a look around! Nearby, a natural landmark has been removed recently (March 2009).
