cedarm: This area has road construction to add a new right turn lane, which is on the other side of the historical structure. Future access will most likely be hazardous as the location would be in the new road median.
I'm happy that so many people have taken the time to explore this historical monument. The construction surveys have located and marked a small benchmark in the south west pedestrian crossing median, which may actually be related to LL1321!
