The last cache in this area was munched on big time by a coon. We hope for better luck this time.
This area is on the other side of the valley from the Biology Trails of Southern Adventist University. Much of this ridge is also owned by the university, and hiking is encouraged. This is a hilly area with the trail sticking pretty well to the top of the ridge most of the way. It heads all the way from the university to the little town of Apison. There is public access only from 2 spots. I suggest you used the Sunkist Terrace access with coords about N35 02.525, W085 02.579. You will be looking for a camoed half-gallon-sized container. You are welcome to take something, and leave nothing. I have a whole bunch of stuff to get rid of.
