I found him a few months ago taking a shortcut from another cache in this park, and it seems an appropriate cache for the holidays.
From the look of it, this must be what happens to some wise guys when they hang around with the wrong crowd (i.e., teenage Muggles sometime during the 70s). Probably just lost his head playing cards with the wrong individuals...
