Simple two stage cache in a local park
Two stages with a two terrain and a difficulty of two. Pretty simple and easy if you ask me.
This is located in the new section of Pocopson Park. Park is open from 6:30am to sunset (NO Night Caching PLEASE). This is a nice walk along a well maintained trail. The first half is hard packed stone and the second half is paved. Round trip to cache and back is just over a mile. You will have to cross an active roadway but it does have a crosswalk and sign but be mindful of the cars.
I was going to make this just a traditional cache but I knew some of you would have parked along the road and not taken the nice walk that I planned! The trail head starts at the parking area (N 39° 54.356 W 075° 39.920)
You can continue on the trail after finding the cache as it makes a loop back to the parking area. Along the way you will pass an old farmhouse, The Pocopson Home, and the Chester County Prison. If you take this route back please obey the signs along the trail unless you want to spend a few extra days here against your will!
So take a nice walk and enjoy this open space.
