This geocaching event will have two items on the agenda.
One will be to honor some local cachers who have reached the 1,000 finds mark. So far, we have three:
Turfscape,
Chinatrekker,
SWSEC
The second item has to do with local puzzle caches. There are close to 30 in our general region. I know some people don't care to work them out, but hate to see them on their local "radar" when looking at the map. So, here's your chance. If you have worked out a puzzle cache, bring your info with you to help those who are still struggling. If you need help with caches, bring your puzzle pages and any progress you have already made and others of us will try to help you. There may even be a few new puzzles to solve for FTF opportunities.
The time will be noon till 2:00 pm. The buffet is pretty good so bring an appetite. Coins and travel bugs are welcome as well. There are plenty of caches in the Tuscaloosa area and new ones popping up all the time, so everyone should have a chance to have a good day of caching.
