cjfb: We adopted this cache years ago and it has always been a problem due to heavy traffic, homeless interference, other cachers "replacing" the "missing" cache.
Great location but always difficult to find and maintain.

Geocache Description:

This is a multi stage cache. Go to the coordinates and find the history lesson then do the math to the final coordinates where the cache can be found. I've moved up the difficulty rating seeing that there have been many DNFs.... I've also added another clue to this one.

B= the first year of this section
C and E= magna chanta signed
D= roman empire divides
F= Holy roman empire restored

NOTE 11-16-10 I have further increased the difficulty and terrain up a click. I have been told that it is harder than what the 'system' rated it at and with all the further DNFs I will agree. Went and checked on the cache it IS there and just blends in very well. The CLUE still stands as is. As for the coords I rechecked them yet again with a different GPS this time (again) and came up with the same ones. All I can say is every unit is different...and IT'S MEANT TO BE HARD!
NOTE 7-16-17 This cache has been "replaced" by those who think it is not there. There are probably 2 or 3 imposters! Have fun!
