Two-stage slightly evil multicache. If you don't know who Rico is,
just ask any kid aged 3 - 17 (especially girls). Or ask any family
member who has a kid 3 - 17 living with them.
Rico is Miley Stewart's love interest. OK, maybe it's the other
way around. But he is the coolest character on the Hannah Montana
show. He runs the surf shop where Jackson (Miley's brother) works.
Rico is a very manipulative, arrogant, and an evil spoiled brat.
Rico's parents are incredibly wealthy. He is shown to be extremely
smart in school as he skipped a couple grades in school and ended
up in Miley's class due to his photographic memory. He is also a
shrewd businessman. He and Jackson share a frenemy relationship,
but Rico is the meaner one. Deep down Rico is insecure due to
having big ears and buck teeth. That hidden emotion may contribute
to his evil ways.
