For many years I have been watching New Year's Rockin' Eve and making (keeping? sometimes) resolutions.
To begin you need to find the answers to these two questions:

1) What year did Dick Clark debut on New Year's Rockin' Eve?_____

2) What year was New Year's Rockin' Eve NOT aired?_____

At the parking location:
How many wood post are there?_______
How many tan posts are there?________

A = The number of wood posts divided by 3.

B = Add the two years together, then add the last two digits.

C = Divide the number of wooden posts by the number of tan posts.

D = Take the difference of the two years (should be two digits), then subtract the smaller number from the larger number.

E = Find the total of the two years, then E will be the first digit

F = To find this number, you must add the first digit and the third digit of the year Richard Clark debuted on New Year's Rockin' Eve
