Balcom Canyon Digs Traditional Cache
Nomex: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

A large ammo can filled with goodies for cachers, young and old.
Attended the Simi Valley Meet and Greet Event in November 2008. I won an ammo can in the raffle.
Recently there are several new cachers in Santa Paula. To encourage them, I have placed a new cacher kit in the cache. Please, only take this item if you have found less than 100 caches.
On the edge of private property. I spoke with the ranch owner, Alan, and he graciously gave permission to place the cache. If you see him pull up in his white pickup, say HI and be honest and tell him you are geocaching. He can even give you a hint to its location. ;)
New cacher kit contains:
Tweezers, LED flashlight, Magnifying Glass, Bison container, Carabiner, Lanyard, and a Smiley.
