Guisachan Heritage Park Traditional Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
The Guisachan House was built in 1891 for the Countess and Earl of Aberdeen, Governor-General of Canada from 1893-1896. The Cameron family bought it in 1903 and lived here for 81 years. Paddy Cameron operated a dairy farm and the Edwardian gardens were the work of Elain Cameron. It has been a restuarant for many years, and has now reopened since a fire damaged it a couple of years ago
Cache is a micro so please bring your own pencil. Please stop and look at the gardens, but no need to disturb them to find the cache.
