It is architect Arata Isozaki from Ooita to have designed
The height is overall height 124.375m

1995（平成7）年オープンした「ビーコンプラザ」は、大分県立別府コンベンションセンターと別府市市民ホールからなる複合施設で、設計者は大分県出身で日本を代表する建築家のひとりである磯崎新氏。
ビーコンプラザのシンボルとして聳え立つグローバルタワーは高層建築のない別府の市街地ではひときわ目立つ存在である。
