Update!!! This cache, when hidden, was on site for Basecamp International - a volunteer association. Since then, the friend of mine who was maintaining the cache has moved away, and there is no longer a way for me to directly contact the inhabitants of the house. It seems to me that we're probably past the prime of this cache. ... that said, I'm not going to disable this cache until people start getting cranky about it. Just be warned that it may take some serious persuasion to get through the gates. The neighbourhood is not a dangerous one - honest, I lived there for ages - but I can't promise you'll get in any more.

My first cache in Arusha, hidden near the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, got muggled fairly quickly without any finds. Thus, this cache has been safely tucked away in a place where it can't be muggled.
To get to the cache from the Clocktower, near the core of town, follow the paved part of Fire Rd. until the GPS says you're there. You don't need to take any dirt roads.
The co-ords will lead you to a large white house, with a black metal gate in front of it. The cache is on private property, just through the black gate, with permission of the person who runs the house.
This person - my friend, and co-placer, Rondog - has informed the security and the staff to let people who say they are looking for "a geocache" through the gates! This way the cache stays safe, and you can drop trackables with confidence, knowing they won't disappear.
The cache is a 1.6 L round tupperware container. You don't need to destroy any plants to find it.
You may not be able to access the cache late at night or early in the morning.
