HAPPY NEW YEAR – 10 TIMES

This cache was moved by prior finder and made it a 1.0. Please replace where found. I know it is hard. That is why it is a 3.5 - not a 1.0. No clues, no hints, no finds. Don’t be embarrassed – just admit “DNF.” The coordinates are correct – fixed and triangulated. There are no muggles smart enough to find it. You are just going to have to work for this series. Beginners need not apply.
