Geocache Description:


Welcome to Belle Isle!

You will be led to a gated community. Within this community, however, is Battery White which is on the National Registry of Historic Places. The community, therefore, is open to the public. If you are caching during the week between the hours of 10 - 4, just tell the gate keeper that you'd like to visit Battery White. If you are caching on the weekend (or off hours during the week), you will need to park near stage 2 and walk to stages 3 and 4. The total walk will be approx 1/2 mile.

You will need to discover the coordinates for the final stage. Here is your key:

If you've never been here before, bring a camera. There are many good photo spots, especially in the Spring when the azaleas are in bloom.the azaleas are in bloom now. come check them out.
