Geocache Description:

Seomyeon, BUSAN


Seomyeon used to be the second largest commercial area, while Nampo-dong/Gwangbok-dong was the most prosperous one in Busan.
The recent opening of subway lines number 1 and 2 (with only one transfer station between them) and the movement of City Hall to near this area have helped Seomyeon to become the first commercial area in Busan.

This area forms a total culture and commercial complex, with the establishment of places for high class cultural life, such as Lotte Hotel, several department stores, and places for mass market, as well as the already established traditional markets of Seomyeon and Bujeon and an underground shopping center.


The cache container is a film canister and placed in the public telephone booth.
It has a magnet and you can really see the cache, though you are in the telelphone booth, but you can search with you hand above your head.
Be careful not to drop the cache while searching with your hand, please.
The signal is bad here because of tall buildings near the caches. Please check spoiler photo before hunting this cache.
