Destined to be even BETTER!.Welcome back to the 3 Degrees: Blackout. Back and even better than before ! ! This is a multi-stage "puzzle" geocache. The actual puzzle part is nowhere near as hard as most other 5/5 caches;that is done on purpose to give those who aren't into complex puzzles a chance to try out this cache.Still there will be times when a clue will have to be researched to be understood and solved.
Go to the listed coordinates and seek an ammo can with information inside that will lead you through several challenging excursions in which you gather clues preparing you for the final. Please keep up with all information that you gather.
Please note that if you are afraid of the dark,spiders,spider webs, heights, snakes, roaches, bats, nasty/muddy water,briars,scrapes,scratches, bruises, thirst, heat, sweat, rodents, confined spaces... getting lost with no GPS to guide you , then this cache is not for you and you should seriously reconsider embarking on this quest because one or more (if not all) of the above WILL have to be dealt with. By the end of this quest, I assure you, you will be mentally and physically spent.
The good news is, this multi-cache is set up so that you can stop at any time and pick up right where you left off. You do not have to finish the tasks given all at once.We give you the opportunity to review the information you have collected and return at a later date(s).
So after reading all of this, you still feel the urge to tackle this insane cache. I forewarn you once again that this is a true 5x5 geocache. 3 Degrees: BLACKOUT is not for the weak, faint hearted, micro cacher. You will be using your inner strength and determination to get a third of the way through. We will take you places you would never imagine going. Insane, deadly, ridiculous, hard to reach places, your body and mind will tell you to turn back, it is impossible.You will curse my name,you will wish cruel and torturous things towards the minds that put this insanity together. Yet you must push forward because THIS is the ONE cache that will taunt you to finish.
3 Degrees: BLACKOUT will be the one geocache that cachers will curse and have nightmares about. The one cache that will live in their minds forever after completion.
NOTE: Please DO NOT post or discuss pictures of clues, puzzles, # of stages, etc...in logs, or at events, doing so could result in deletion of log. This is a 5x5 cache and shall be respected as such. Let the future cachers experience what you experienced.

At the final coords you will be simply looking for a familiar black ammo can in a wooded area. Parking is available within 200 feet.
It goes without saying that for the find to be legit you must obtain the correct final coords,access the cache and personally sign the logbook.
Thanks to this cache I have made some great friends in several states . I will always cherish the memories and experiences of many as Lacey and I stood beside them as they faced the ordeals of this cache. Thanks so much to those who let us live the adventure with and through your play by plays. The experiences will always be cherished and each and every one of you will always have a place in our heart. After considering many factors I have decided it is time to place this cache in the history books. Many similar cache adventures have spawned from 3 Degrees:BLACKOUT . If you have never experienced 3 Degrees or have and want more I have a few suggestions. Most of these I have not personally hunted but I feel you will find them challenging and adventurous :).
