Geocache Description:

On level footpath which leads to Church. Please be aware this is used by dog walkers and walkers.

The parish of St. Budock is an ancient one, thought to have origins as a 6th century monastry. Budoc came, like many Cornish Saints, from France in about 470AD.
The Church as we see it today is largely unaltered from the 15th century when the tower was built at the West end of the nave.
The parish of St. Budock was mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1085, which makes it considerably older than its larger neighbours of Falmouth and Penryn.
A wonderfully peaceful haven for all - just take time to explore the church and its surroundings.
The cache is in a double pill pot, the contents of which are log book, pencil, 50p for FTF and London Eye geocoin.
