New to Carson City is a wonderful new restaurant, which just happens to make one of my favorite things … Great Sticky Rice!
To top it off, isn’t this part of the mall starting to look wonderful? We can’t wait until the whole place is finished … what a wonderful improvement to this mall and to Carson City!
Please be cautious of muggles, especially during meal time.
