This cache is located at the edge of a parking lot belonging to a dominant company in the area. Decades ago this parking lot was overflowing, but today stands empty.
The cache is meant to point out the irony of the location. Despite the massive size of the parking lot, there is actually no legal place for the public to park near the cache. It is located near the corner of a fairly busy road and a private road. Cachers will have to find a parking location nearby and walk to the location or make a cache n' dash.
