Tribute to Vanna White Traditional Cache

We replaced the container on March 5th, 2012, as it had been muggled. It is a small lock and lock covered in black duct tape. We recommend that no geocoins or travel bugs are put into the cache, as houses are being built close by, and the cache is at high risk of being muggled again. We may have to relocate it soon. The cache contains a pen and a new log book, and some small trade items. It is located near a church which was once a theatre. There is plenty of parking at the cache site.
This cache is located in North Myrtle Beach, which is the home town of Vanna White. Vanna Marie was born here in 1957. She was raised here, and attended North Myrtle Beach High School. After graduating, she worked as a model. In 1982, she applied for the job as hostess and letter-turner on the Wheel of Fortune show, which was a tremendous success, and is still running today. We have been coming to this area for many years, and we too feel like North Myrtle Beach is home to us.
