Geocache Description:

Please bring your own pen -- the small black container is too small to store one. While not in plain site, it should be easy to find. There is a sidewalk leading up to the site although it stops shortly thereafter. It should be possible for a wheelchair user to navigate to and retrieve.

A great many stores for home design are in the area including one that is nearby. There are also two software companies nearby.

This part of San Francisco is generally safe by day but may not be the best area to explore by night. It was once a warehouse district but recent years have brought changes. It has now become more residential and will be connected to the Mission Bay area when railroad crossing construction nearby is completed.

Abandoned railroad tracks are found on the street. You are within sight of tracks for Caltrain although there is no sidewalk along the street if you try walking from the Caltrain Depot. The Muni 10 and 19 lines stop nearby.
