A quick cache-and-dash located in Shaw Forest Park there is a car park area for several cars at N 51° 34.362 W 001° 49.687

You are looking for a small plastic box in a camo bag. There are several other caches in the areas that can be combined with this one. Watch out though you will need to use extreme stealth as this is a popular place for walking and jogging.
