Simplified version of a Liar's Cache. Pretty easy find. To keep this fun, please refer to Long Description for before logging. WARNING: This cache was placed during a Full Moon when the moon is it's closest to Earth. (up to 31,000 miles closer than other points in it's orbit). Who knows what crazy things will happen.
LONG DESCRIPTION: (1) I’ve never been very good at lying, but I’m working on it. (2) Being new to geocaching (and already addicted), when I stumbled across a page about a Liar’s Cache, I was definitely intrigued. I struggled with some tall tales about an adventurous multi-cache I could create in Eastern Nebraska, but have not come up with any really good tales ‘yet’. To work on both my dilemmas, I’ve decided to place my simple version of the liar’s cache. If you’re unfamiliar with a Liar’s Cache, “The only rule is that you must fabricate a story in order to log it online. I'm looking for Tall Tales, tangled webs and outright lies. Don't be shy. Let your imagination go wild,” (copied from http://www.zimbio.com/Geocaching/articles/59/A+Liar+s+Geocache ) You can be truthful about most of your post, but I’d really appreciate your telling a big (or little) lie somewhere in your post. If you’re a lousy liar like me, maybe you got blinded by a swarm of lightning bugs while night caching, or you sprained your tongue, or found your first snipe after snipe hunting for weeks. Of course I won’t make lying mandatory. You don’t have to lie if you don’t want to. I will not delete any lame log entries on this cache. (I will monitor the Log signatures periodically and delete phantom logs). You’re looking for a pelican container, with room for a few small trades. Original contents (when it was an ammo can). Log, pencil, & sharpener Misc. Bass Pro Shop Mini Bobble Heads (deer, eagle, buffalo, wolf, beaver, bear, and frog) Hand Warmers TB248M4 -- Life's an adventure Congrats to SEANPK, the FTF who got a FTF Certificate and a mint condition 2006 Dune Buggy.
