My daughter used to call the Hearst Castle "Hershey Castle" when we went fishing off the San Simeon pier. This is a quick stop and grab, and a great place to take a photo of the "Ranch House at San Simeon", as W.R. Hearst called it. Be careful of the traffic, no need to cross any fences, about 4 feet off the ground, you can park safely nearby.
