Recently bought yourself an Isuzu Trooper? Not quite sure what to do with it? Well now's your chance. A great little ford to drive through in a 4x4 (or a nice footbridge for the more traditional cacher). From the bridge, there are good views to the New Mill and the weir. The bridge is around 50 metres from the cache, so no excuse not to visit it really.
*** WARNING - Apparently a hole has recently developed in the ford, and driving through - even in a 4x4 it is no longer recommended at all ***
There's flowing water so watch the minicachers, but they should enjoy the place. Well worth walking over the bridge whichever side you choose to approach from. If you're lucky you'll get to see some horses fording the river too. After you find the cache, please replace in the other county to which you found it in
