JAM #7 - Fenced in Traditional Cache

Located in a Newportnews shopping center. Difficulty ranked a 2.5 due to heavy muggle traffic during normal operating hours. Ranking drops to a 1.5 during off hours.
Another micro in my JAM series. Hopefully you enjoy the search for this one. It is placed in an highly muggled area close to where I shoot APA pool for the league I am in. I just had to place one here due to the fact that I come here every week and have not seen a cache in this area. This cache has no room for any writing utensil, only a log, so BYOP.
