Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in a structure near the Stockdale Comunity Building. It is very near the town's water tower.

Parking is available at the Community building and if you reach the base of the water tower, you will be able to see the structure. The cache is an Altoids Gum tin, please be careful not to drop it as I think you would need a plasma cutter to recover it.

If my memory serves me right, there used to be a sign on this structure that said "Stockdale Museum". Perhaps that was something of a joke, but when we were children our grandfather used to lift us up to look in and there were several artifacts that could be seen on a shelf. One of these items was a human skull. My brother was hoping that the skull would still be there, but it seems to have disappeared. The shelf remains and there are a lot of old things still in there, but they are all piled on the floor.
