Bring your best chili effort to the meeting and share your culinary
talents. The judges have been primed and bribed, err, we mean
prepared and the chili will be tasty! Of course your entry will be
judged for the opportunity to take the ‘GOLD’.
Please bring your chili ready to eat, or close to it. Bowls,
utensils, cheese and saltine crackers will be provided. Electrical
outlets will be provided for chili pots. Entrants are asked to
check in early so that they can be given an entry number to protect
their identity. Chili check in will start at 1:45 pm and end at
2:15 pm. The judges will NOT know who brought what entry, as they
will be isolated initially during the check in process.
Entrants will be provided with a small card to list any unique
ingredients. Ingredients such as, but not limited to: peanuts,
chocolate, shellfish, seafood, honey, MSG, etc. This is for the
safety of those with specific food allergies.
There will be a category voted on by all attendees:
- - BEST PRESENTATION - -
Please arrive early enough to have your presentation area ready
no later 2:15 pm. The attendees will be allowed to start voting at
that time. If your presentation needs electricity please bring an
extension cord or power bar.
