HBD Puzzle Mystery Cache

This cache was placed to celebrate our son's birthday. He wanted to create a puzzle to give you something to do during the long Wisconsin winter. Many ideas for a puzzle were thrown around. We started with zero and ended up with nine. After throwing out six, we came up with 35 45.588 044 80.490, which will look very familiar to some of you when you figure it all out. It will take a little fiddling around with the numbers, but this should be pretty straight forward.
