The cache is NOT located at the posted coordinates.

Early last summer RSAKVT made it publicly known his dislike for the, shall we say, more evil side of geocaching... the dreaded puzzle . He introduced a fledging new series of usually easy P&G's, usually in the trusted guardrail endcap, so aptly named IHP#... (I Hate Puzzles). This series has come to be a much anticipated event whenever a new puzzle cache appears. Heck, I believe that some puzzle caches are placed just to get an IHP placed in their "honor". I, for one, would never stoop to that level . However, I do look forward to seeing where the next IHP will spring up each time a local puzzle cache is published.

This puzzle should be fairly straightforward. Simply fill in the subtitles of the first 25 IHP caches into the puzzle. Once you figure out what goes where convert the following code to create a message directing you to the cache.
