South Wales Mountain Cache Challenge 7 is number seven in a series of caches that have been placed in the South Wales mountains.
The South Wales Mountain Cache Challenge has thirty caches placed in various parts of the upland areas of the Principality. A mountain is defined as being at least 2000 feet high, but here in Wales, we like to call some of higher hills mountains as well, and so several of the caches have been placed in areas that I perceive to be beautiful, but do not fall within the definition of a mountain!
Please also understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and is an entirely subjective view!
Many of the caches have been placed in the mountains within the Brecon Beacons National Park.
This cache has been placed near to the summit of Bal Bach in the Black Mountains. There are extensive views to the south of Skirrid, Crug Mawr, Bryn Arw and The Sugar Loaf.
Do not forget to look for a clue within the cache, as to find number thirty in the series, you will need 17 clues that are hidden in the first 29 caches in the series.
